These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to website development, app development, social media management, digital marketing, graphic designing, and event management. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

- “Services” refers to all services offered by Let’s Manage India Private Limited.
- Services Provided
2.1 Website Development
We offer customized website development services tailored to meet your specific needs. This includes design, coding, content creation, and maintenance.
2.2 App Development
We develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, focusing on functionality, user experience, and performance.
2.3 Social Media Management
Our social media management services include content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics across various platforms like Facebook, GMB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Other Social Media Platforms.
2.4 Digital Marketing
We provide comprehensive digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
2.5 Graphic Designing
Our graphic design services encompass logo design, banner creation, flyer design, product packaging, and other custom designs.
2.6 Event Management
We plan and execute events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and promotional events.
- Engagement and Onboarding
3.1 Initial Consultation
We begin with a consultation to understand your needs, objectives, and project scope. This consultation is free of charge.
3.2 Proposal and Agreement
Based on the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Upon your acceptance, we sign an agreement to formalize our engagement.
3.3 Project Commencement
Work begins upon receipt of any initial deposits or fees as outlined in the agreement. We will also require access to necessary information, resources, and platforms to start the project.
- Payment Terms
4.1 Fee Structure
Our fee structure is project-specific and detailed in the proposal. Payments may be required upfront, in installments, or upon completion, depending on the service.
4.2 Invoices
Invoices are issued as per the agreed schedule. Payment is due within 3 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds for website development services are considered if the project exceeds 30 business days from the last committed date due to our fault. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the client or for services related to social media management, digital marketing, graphic designing, event management, or app development. - Client Responsibilities
5.1 Information and Access
You agree to provide all necessary information, resources, and access required for us to deliver the services.
5.2 Feedback and Approvals
Timely feedback and approvals are essential for the project timeline. Delays in feedback or approvals may impact the delivery schedule.
5.3 Compliance
You must ensure that all materials and information provided comply with relevant laws and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All intellectual property created by Let’s Manage India Private Limited remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to you.
6.2 Use of Materials
We reserve the right to use any created materials for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited by you in writing.

7.1 Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without written consent from the other party.
7.2 Data Protection
We adhere to data protection regulations and ensure that any personal data provided is handled securely and in accordance with the law.
- Service-Specific Terms
8.1 Website Development
- Scope of Work: Defined in the proposal.
- Timeline: Agreed upon during the proposal stage.
8.2 App Development

- Maintenance: Post-launch maintenance terms are specified in the agreement.
8.3 Social Media Management
- Content Creation: We will create and schedule posts as per the agreed content calendar.
- Engagement: We will monitor and engage with your audience.
- Reporting: Monthly performance reports will be provided or as per your plan.
8.4 Digital Marketing
- Strategy: Customized marketing strategy based on your goals.
- Execution: Implementation of SEO, PPC, and other marketing tactics.
- Reporting: Regular performance reports and strategy adjustments.
8.5 Graphic Designing
- Deliverables: Logos, banners, flyers, etc., as defined in the proposal.
- Revisions: Revisions will be made as per your purchased plan.
8.6 Event Management
- Planning: Detailed event planning and coordination.
- Execution: On-site management and post-event evaluation.
- Termination
9.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in the refund policy.
9.2 Termination by Let’s Manage India Private Limited
We may terminate the agreement if you breach any terms or fail to make payments. Notice will be provided, and any work completed will be invoiced.
- Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from our services, including but not limited to increases in followers, engagement, or sales.
10.2 Indirect Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
- Modifications
12.1 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you.
12.2 Client Agreement
Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
- Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
